Compact and robust gas-sampler with rotary vane pump

For gas sampling up to 2,4 m³/h.

Dimensions: ~ 340 x 340, high: ~ 450 mm, weight ~14 kg. The pump starts manually.

In carrying system (transportation frame, material: Stainless Steel-square-tube 15 x 15 mm with handle) are:

  • dry gas volume meter (0,04 .. 6 m³/h, accuracy 2% with certificate) with thermometer (0..60°C, scale 1°C) (A)
  • rotameter 0,2 .. 2,5 m³/h (scale 0,1 m³/h standard condition) (A). 
  • dry running rotary vane vacuum pump (performance: 3 m³/h, vacuum: 800 mbar, 230 V/ 0,12 kW) (B)
  • Stainless Steel regulation valve (B).
  • drying tower (material: PVC, dimensions: Ø 75 mm x 400 mm), space for silicagel: 0,7 l, volume water separator: ca. 0,5 l (C).
  • pulsation dumper with filter behind pump (D).

The large heater serves filter devices with gas distributor. The heater is fastened to the suction tube by means of a flange and stabilizes the internal parts. At the back of the heater can be mounted a carrying box for bubblers.


Can also be made in special versions or according to your request. E.g. for a 90mm or 110mm  filter device (glass), see pictures.
